Meet The 2nd Chance Team

Rick's racing career began in 1992. He has worked for Concord Motorsports Park in Concord,North Carolina, Bahari Racing, Brett Bodine Racing, Hendrick Motorsports, Key Motorsports, Kirk Shelmerdine and Braun Racing. You'll see Rick at a lot of west coast races, as he co-drives haulers for several teams.

Currently Rick is "contract hauling" race cars to the track. If you need to rent a team hauler, give Rick a call.

Have a business and want to get onboard as a sponsor, give Rick a call, as he has connections with several teams in all series.

Pam Russell

Rick's lovely wife of 30 years gave up her own career in 2000 to help Rick with the business.

While learning more about the parts business every day, Pam manages the business while Rick is away at auctions or at the track.

Zachary," Papaw's lil buddy ", spends time at the shop to keep the computers up-to-date. Zachs been a fixture at 2nd Chance for 7 years and its always a blessing when he's around. He's had the opportunity to rub shoulders with many drivers and crew members that shop or stop by to say hello.

Anthony, Papaw's other lil' buddy, joined us 3 years ago October 11. When visiting the shop he likes to climb onboard the fork-lift and check out the new inventory.
